Offered in this lot is a green Spring Training St. Patrick’s Day jersey worn by Clayton Kershaw on St. Patrick’s Day 2011 for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Kershaw won his first Cy Young Award in 2011, leading the National League in wins (21), ERA (2.28), strikeouts (248), and WHIP (0.977) in an all-around tremendous season. Kershaw, a Gold Glover and All-Star, received 27 of a possible 32 first place votes in the 2011 Cy Young race. This offered Spring Training jersey is green with white accents. “Dodgers” is sewn across the chest in white tackle twill, while Kershaw’s number “22” is sewn on the chest in red tackle twill. “KERSHAW” and a second “22” are sewn on the back of the jersey in white tackle twill. A Majestic tag is sewn on the front left tail, while size “50” and “CoolBase” flags are sewn on the left side of the jersey. Kershaw has signed the second “2” digit on the back of the jersey in blue marker. The jersey comes with a Dodgers Dream Foundation COA.
