Over the course of his four-season high school basketball career, the lanky scorer Kevin Durant built a resume as one of the greatest scholastic hoopers of the young century. Durant played his senior season at Montrose Christian School in Rock Church, Maryland, where the preternaturally talented forward earned a swath of accolades, including Washington Post All-Met Basketball Player of the Year in the hyper-competitive D.C. basketball landscape. Durant was named the MVP of the McDonald’s All-American Game after scoring 25 points in 18 minutes against the best high school basketball players in the country. Durant committed to the University of Texas before his lone season at Montrose and finished the year as the number two recruit in America.

This offered Montrose Christian basketball jersey has been photo matched to School Sports Magazine by The MeiGray Group. This jersey is green, with Durant’s number “3” sewn on the chest and back in white and silver tackle twill. “MONTROSE CHRISTIAN” is sewn on the front of the jersey in white tackle twill. The side panels of the jersey are silver and white, while the collar and sleeve are adorned with a green and white stripe. A Nike size “48” tag with an attached “+4 Length” flag is sewn on the front left tail. This historic jersey is a tremendous piece of memorabilia from the high school career of a future Hall of Famer and it comes with a LOA from The MeiGray Group, who have photo matched this jersey.
