New England Patriots linebacker Jamie Collins wore this navy Patriots home jersey in three games during the 2014 NFL season, including the AFC Championship Game against the Indianapolis Colts on January 18th, 2015. Collins also wore this jersey on December 14th against the Miami Dolphins, and on December 28th, against the Buffalo Bills. Collins recorded five tackles and a QB hit against the Dolphins in a 41-13 win and five tackles, a sack, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery against the Bills. The Patriots would win the AFC title game against the Colts by a 45-7 score line, with Collins contributing four tackles and an interception of Colts QB Andrew Luck.

This offered Patriots home jersey is navy, with Collins’ number “91” sewn on the chest, back, and shoulders in white, gray, and red tackle twill. “COLLINS” is sewn across the back shoulders in white tackle twill over a matching navy nameplate. Patriot logo patches and white Nike swoosh patches are sewn on both sleeves. A Patriots wordmark is sewn on the chest and a NFL logo patch is sewn on the collar. Multiple team repairs are present on the jersey. The jersey has been photo matched to the December 28th game by PMG and the remaining two games by RGU. The jersey comes with one PM&G LOA and two RGU LOAs.
