Offered is the official game program from the November 2, 1935 “Game of the Century,” Notre Dame at Ohio State in Columbus, Ohio. The color front cover features a green clove against a red and yellow background, with illustrations of players, fans and the band incorporated into the art. The interior pages are on white paper with black type and include photographs of key players and coaches for both teams. There are slight signs of wear on the saddle-stitched binding of the cover, and there are small folds in the upper right and lower right corners on the front cover. This matchup of two undefeated squads, played in the depths of the Great Depression, sold out the 81,000 Ohio Stadium, and resulted in an 18-13 Notre Dame come-from-behind victory. This item is accompanied by two newspaper clippings about the game inside the program.
