Greg Maddux managed to hit a combined .176 for 1997 and 1998. Fortunately, he was much better throwing the ball than hitting it, because he turned in seasons of 19 and 18 wins to pitch the Atlanta Braves to the post-season. Maddux’s Louisville Slugger L157 model bat shows excellent use and s un-cracked. Several ball marks with stitch impressions are visible along with blue ink transfers and white leather ball scuffs. Cleat imprints are found on the right, left and back barrel and his number “31” is handwritten on the knob in black marker. The Hall of Famer has signed the barrel in strong black marker. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B06255) for the game use and a LOA from Beckett Authentication for the signature.
