Here's a 36-Count display box filled with 20ยข wax packs, perhaps containing rookie cards of Eddie Murray and Paul Molitor! The tantalizing box's lid is popped; inner packs exhibit mixed qualities of preservation. Some have rips and tears, and others concede general wear.
Thus, although the contents of the packs are fully undisturbed, some of the items are mildly irregular in appearance. In view of this, it must be conceded that the submission of packs to the third-party grading process would be unlikely to result in the assignment of favorable numerical grades.
