Offered in this lot is a green Spring Training St. Patrick’s Day jersey worn by outfielder Matt Kemp on St. Patrick’s Day 2011 for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Kemp, an All-Star for the first time in 2011, led the National League in homers (39), RBI (126), runs (115), and total bases (353) for the Dodgers. Kemp added 40 stolen bases and a .324 batting average to finish second in the National League MVP race. This offered Spring Training jersey is green with white accents. “Dodgers” is sewn across the chest in white tackle twill, while Kemp’s number “27” is sewn on the chest in red tackle twill. “KEMP” and a second “27” are sewn on the back of the jersey in white tackle twill. A Majestic tag is sewn on the front left tail, while a size flag and a “CoolBase” flag are sewn on the left side of the jersey. Kemp has signed the “7” digit on the back of the jersey in blue marker. The jersey comes with a COA from the Dodgers Dream Foundation.
