Manny Ramirez was in the midst of making a name for himself as the AL’s premier slugger when he used this bat in 1997 and 1998. During those two summers Ramirez hit a combined .311 and hit 71 home runs for the Indians. The Young Co. model at shows great game use. There are several prominent ball marks on the barrel with white leather scuffs and ink transfers. The handle has a light coat of pine tar and the knob has been stamped with Ramirez’s initials “MR” and the model number “Y30” with Manny’s number “24” handwritten in silver. The Indians slugger has signed the barrel in contrasting silver marker and added his number, “24.” This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B18449) for the game use and has been graded a solid GU 8.5 and a LOA from JSA for the signature.
