Al Oliver manned the outfield for the Pittsburgh Pirates juggernaut that won five division championships in the first six years of the 1970s. From 1973 to 1975, the “Scoop” hit a combined .298. The Hillerich & Bradsby P89 model bat shows awesome game use. The barrel is covered with ball marks and abrasions along with bat rack paint streaks. The upper handle and center brand have the remains of a heavy coat of pine tar and the knob has been stamped with the model number “P89.” This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B18437) for the game use.
