Presented is a 26-card complete set of 1971 Topps "Trios" basketball cards. Topps produced a number of attractive insert series during the firm's long tenure at the top of the trading card market. This series was designed to be separated, had black-ink borders on flimsy stock and the trio of players per card simply tripled the chances of youngsters keeping their favorite star and discarding or trading the other two. Fortunately, all of the collectibles in this representation have survived with their delicate features intact.
