Offered is a lot of three 1960s Baltimore Colts items, including two press pins and a tie clip. The first item in this lot is a 1964 Baltimore Colts press pin. The 1 x 1-inch gold metal pin with blue lacquer features a kicking colt (horse) with a football helmet above his head, and a football below his front legs. The colt is framed in a blue horseshoe. The pin is displayed in a 1 x 2 x 2½-inch plastic box. The second item in this lot is a 1967 Baltimore Colts press pin. The 1 x 1-inch gold metal pin with white and blue lacquer features a white kicking colt with a football helmet above his head, and a football below his front legs. The pin is displayed in a 1 x 1¼ x 3-inch plastic box. The third item in this lot is a Baltimore Colts tie clasp. The 2-inch gold metal clasp has a blue lacquered image at the right edge of the top bar of a kicking colt with a football helmet above his head, and a football below his front legs. The back of the tie clasp is an “alligator” style clip. The Baltimore Colts of the mid-1960s were led by coach Don Shula and veteran QB Johnny Unitas, winning the 1968 National Football League championship and a spot in Super Bowl III.
