This Louisville Slugger P72 is a tremendous example of Derek Jeter’s preferred bat as he has consistently used P72's similar to this model throughout his entire Hall of Fame career. This un-cracked 34 inch, 30.8 ounce P72 model bat has his name scripted in the barrel with the “GENUINE P72” model number above and team name “NEW YORK YANKEES” below. Numerous ball marks, and deep stitch impressions litter the entire barrel, with ball marks including blue ink transfers and white scuff marks. Cleat marks are visible all over with a weighted batting donut impression and a very heavy coat of Mota stick can be seen on the entire handle. A bold, silver sharpie “Derek Jeter” signature exists on the sweet spot of the barrel. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B03573) for the game use and has given this Jeter gamer a perfect score of GU 10, plus a COA from Steiner Sports for the signature.
