Los Angeles Angels star centerfielder Mike Trout wore these Nike Lunar Trout 2 cleats during the 2016 MLB season. Trout was the American League’s Most Valuable Player in 2016, claiming the award for the second time in his short but spectacular career. The New Jersey native hit for a solid .315 batting average, adding 29 home runs, 100 RBI, and an MLB-best 123 runs scored to his eye-popping statistics. Trout also led all of baseball in walks (116), on-base percentage (.441), and OPS+ (173) during his age-24 season.

These size 11 ½ cleats offered here were worn by Trout in 2016 and are red and white, with red camouflage Nike swoosh logos applied to the heel and outside toe of each cleat. The iridescent soles feature nine stainless steel cleats each. “Trout” is printed in white text on the tongues, and “Engineered to the exact specifications of Mike Trout” is applied to each insole. A piece of black Velcro is applied to each heel. Trout has signed the toe of each cleat in black marker, inscribing “16 G/U” on the white toes of each cleat. These items come with a LOA from Anderson Authentics, which has two holograms on the LOA (2534 & 2535) that correspond to the individual holograms on the cleats.
