Los Angeles Angels superstar centerfielder Mike Trout wore these Nike batting gloves during the 2014 MLB season, his first MVP-winning campaign. Trout was a dynamo in 2014, hitting 36 home runs, an AL-best 111 RBI, and a .287 batting average. These Nike MVP Elite Pro batting gloves are red and white, with a silver Nike swoosh logo applied to the top of the gloves. “MVP ELITE PRO” is applied to the top of each wrist strap in silver, and a “27” tag is sewn on the bottom of each wrist strap. Trout signed the top of these gloves in black marker, inscribing “14 G/U” below each signature. The gloves display excellent game use with dirt and pine tar covering the palm of the right hand and less dirt stains on the palm of the left hand. The left palm has a small abrasion hole on the outside palm. These items come with an Anderson LOA, which has two holograms on the LOA (1440 & 1441) that correspond to the individual holograms on the gloves.
