In 2009 Robinson Cano became the offensive player that Yankee fans hope he’d be, recording 204 hits, with 48 doubles, 25 home runs and hitting AL pitching at a .320 clip. His big numbers were the driving force behind the Yankees push into the post-season and their eventual World Championship. The BWP-238M model bat displays excellent use with a handle crack. The barrel shows many ball marks and scuffs and there is a coat of pine tar on the handle. The barrel end has some cracking and chipping to the surface and the knob has been stamped with a “3” and the date “6-23-9” is handwritten in black pen. Cano has signed the barrel in silver marker and added, “Game Used,” completing this championship season gamer. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B12048) for the game use and a STICKER ONLY from PSA/DNA (7A96457).
