Presented is Scott Erickson signature and inscription on an Official American League Bobby Brown baseball from his no-hitter at the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as well as a commemorative t-shirt. Erickson has signed the baseball above the sweet spot in blue pen, and inscribed “4-27-94 No-Hitter Metrodome” on the sweet spot, also in blue pen. His battery mate from the game, Twins catcher Matt Walbeck, has signed below the sweet spot, also in blue pen. On April 27, 1994, Erickson no-hit the Milwaukee Brewers, 6-0, becoming the third Twins pitcher, after Jack Kralick in 1962 and Dean Chance in 1967 to pitch a no-hitter. This item comes with a COA from JSA (GG51052). Accompanying Erickson’s signed and inscribed no-hitter baseball is a black t-shirt with white printing, We Were There Scott Erickson’s No Hitter! April 27, 1994 First No Hitter in Metrodome History!” along with the line score and totals. This comes with a COA from JSA.
