The 14-time Major League Baseball All-Star has signed his name in black marker on the left front flap of the road jersey below the navy and white tackle twill sewn on “NEW YORK”.  Jeter has inscribed “2000 All Star MVP 2000 WS MVP” below his signature, also in black pen. The gray Russell Athletic jersey has Jeter’s number, 2, on the back in navy and white tackle twill and a “Braves All-Star Game 2000” patch on the right sleeve. The jersey is inscribed “65/500” in black marker on the lower left front. Jeter batted a team-best .339 in the 2000 regular season and added 15 home runs, 73 RBIs, 119 runs scored, and 22 stolen bases. In the 2000 MLB All-Star Game, he recorded three hits, including a two-run single that gave his American League squad the lead and victory.
