Justin Upton spent two seasons with the Atlanta Braves after starting his career with the Arizona Diamondbacks. Upton averaged 28 home runs and 86 RBI in those two seasons with the Braves and maintained a .267 average. Upton wore this navy size 44 Majestic Cool Base Braves jersey for Opening Day of the 2014 season on March 31st. Upton went 1-for-3 with a walk in Atlanta’s 2-0 defeat to the Milwaukee Brewers at Miller Park. This button-down jersey has “Atlanta” and a tomahawk paraph sewn on the front in navy and white tackle twill, with red and gold stitching. Two Majestic tags are screen-printed on the bottom front left tail, with one being the size tag and the other the team tag that reads “44T C ’14 S1”. A white memorial “PETE” patch is sewn on the upper left chest in memory of Braves’ broadcaster Pete Van Wieren. The back of this jersey has “UPTON” sewn on in white tackle twill and his number “8” sewn on in navy and white tackle twill, along with an MLB logo patch that is sewn on the upper back neck. The right sleeve has a “40TH ANNIVERSARY 715 Hank Aaron” patch. This jersey displays light game use with some stains and loose stitching.
