German-born Steffi Graf was known for her ability to play on all surfaces, tremendous footwork and aggressive game play. She along with fellow countryman Boris Becker helped popularize tennis in Germany. She won 22 Grand Slam titles (3rd all-time behind Margaret Court and Serena Williams) and has the distinction of achieving the top position on the WTA ranking for an incredible 377-week span from 1987-1991; the most of any player. The offered Wilson Pro Staff Lite Classic tennis racquet was used by Steffi during the 1995 US Open, where she won the title. This was her 18th Grand Slam title in her historic career. Seven strings of the racquet have been broken - most likely popped during one of the serve-and-volleyer's blistering aces - and the item boasts exceptional overall wear. Graf was inducted into the Tennis Hall of Fame in 2004. This racquet comes with a LOA from 100% Authentic for the use.
