Offered in this lot are four Uruguay-related pennants and flags from the 20th century. One pennant is from the 1950 FIFA World Cup in Brazil, while the second pennant is from the 1966 FIFA World Cup, hosted and won by England. The third pennant is emblazoned with the Asociación Uruguaya de Fútbol acronym on a red banner over a white and blue striped background. The final pennant, also emblazoned with the A.U. de F. logo, has been signed by more than a dozen Uruguayan footballers in blue pen. This pennant features a sky-blue fringe. The lot comes with a letter of provenance.
