Offered is a complete run of all 8 World Series tickets from games in which Hall of Fame pitcher Sandy Koufax started for the Dodgers. The first item in this collection is a ticket stub from Game 1 of the 1959 World Series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Chicago White Sox at Comiskey Park in Chicago on October 1, 1959. The White Sox won Game 1, 11-0. The second item in this collection is a ticket stub from Game 5 of the 1959 World Series, October 6, 1959, when a record-breaking crowd of 92,706 turned out, a majority hoping to celebrate a Los Angeles championship. For the first time in World Series history, however, three pitchers combined for a shutout, as Bob Shaw, Billy Pierce and Dick Donovan quieted the Dodgers and their fans 1–0 in Game 5, sending the series back to Chicago. The game's only run scored in the fourth off starter Sandy Koufax, coming when Nellie Fox scored as Sherm Lollar grounded into a double play. To date, this remains the largest crowd in World Series history.

The third item in this collection is a ticket stub from Game 1 of the 1963 World Series, the LA Dodgers vs. the New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium, played October 2, 1963. Koufax started it off with a record 15-strikeout performance in Game 1 to outduel the Yankees' ace left-hander Whitey Ford en route to a 5-2 Los Angeles win. The 15 strikeouts bested fellow Dodgers pitcher Carl Erskine’s mark in 1953 by one and would be surpassed by Bob Gibson in 1968. Koufax also tied a World Series record when he fanned the first five Yankees he faced. The fourth item in this collection is a ticket stub to Game 4 of the 1963 World Series at Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles, played on October 6, 1963. The rematch of Ford and Koufax was a pitcher’s duel, as the Dodgers scored first in the bottom of the fifth on a monumental Frank Howard home run into the upper deck at Dodger Stadium. The Yankees tied it on a Mickey Mantle home run in the top of the seventh. But in the bottom of the inning, Gilliam hit a high hopper to Yankee third baseman Clete Boyer; Boyer leaped to make the grab and fired an accurate throw to first base. But first baseman Joe Pepitone lost Boyer's throw in the white-shirted crowd background; the ball struck Pepitone in the arm and rolled down the right field line, allowing Gilliam to scamper all the way to third base. He then scored a moment later on Willie Davis' sacrifice fly. Koufax went on to hold the Yankees for the final two innings for a 2–1 victory and the Dodgers' third world championship. To date, this is the only time the Dodgers have won the deciding game of a World Series at home. Koufax was named the World Series MVP, as he started two of the four games and had two complete game victories.

The fifth item in this collection is a ticket stub to Game 2 of the 1965 World Series featuring the Minnesota Twins against the Dodgers at Metropolitan Stadium in Minneapolis on October 7, 1965. Koufax and the Dodgers lost to the Twins and pitcher Jim Kaat, 5-1. The sixth item in this collection is a ticket stub to Game 5 of the 1965 World Series at Dodger Stadium on October 11, 1965. Koufax give up only four hits and one walk, striking out 10 en route to a 7-0 Dodgers win. The seventh item in this collection is a ticket stub to Game 7 of the 1965 World Series, played October 14, 1965 at Metropolitan Stadium. Koufax was the winning pitcher in LA’s 2-0, championship-clinching victory. The eighth item in this collection is a ticket stub to Game 2 of the 1966 World Series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Baltimore Orioles on October 6, 1966 at Dodgers Stadium. Koufax lost a 6-0 decision to Jim Palmer and the O’s, heralding Baltimore’s four-game sweep to the 1966 World Series Championship.
