Offered is a lot of three menus from lunch and dinners at Prairie Chapel Ranch and India’s Taj Mahal, including signatures of Presidents George W. Bush and George H. W. Bush and other dignitaries. The first item in this lot is a menu from a March 5, 2004 dinner honoring Mexican President Vicente Fox at Prairie Chapel Ranch, the “Western White House” of the 43rd President of the United States. Among the 11 signatures in black pen on the ivory paper 5 x 7½-inch dinner menu are President Bush, First Lady Barbara Bush, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Vicente Fox. The second item in this lot is a Prairie Chapel Ranch menu from a November 24, 2004 luncheon for King Juan Carlos of Spain, with three signatures in black marker including President George W. Bush, President George H.W. Bush (inscribed “41” below his signature) and Juan Carlos. The menu is printed on a 4¾ x 7¼-inch ivory card. The third item in this is an 8½ x 11-inch tan paper menu from India’s historic landmark, the Taj Mahal in Mumbai, for a November 6, 2010 dinner for President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama. The rolled paper menu is enclosed in a 10-inch engraved silver metal tube with elaborate scrollwork. This lot comes with a JSA Auction Letter.
