Former Outfielder Vada Pinson spent 18 years in the Majors and played for the Reds, Cardinals, Indians, Angels, Royals, and played in four All-Star games, while winning a Gold Glove award in 1961. This Hillerich & Bradsby Louisville Slugger, bat, model#R161 is made from ash wood and has a flame burned finish, measures 34 inches long and weighs 34.8 ounces. This bat was used between 1973 and 1975 and shows heavy game use with no cracks and swelling marks on the rear of the barrel with some scuff marks, while “28” in black marker is found on the knob. Bat grades as a (’9’). LOA by PSA/DNA #1B05854.
