Presented here is a baseball signed by Connie Mack, the winningest manager in baseball history by a wide margin. The first manager of the Philadelphia A’s, Mack later became the team owner before relinquishing manager duties in 1950 after 50 seasons with the American League ballclub. Mack, an adroit catcher during his playing days, won nine pennants and five World Series titles as the skipper of the Athletics. Mack was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1937 by the Centennial Committee. Mack has signed the sweet spot of this “Official Baseball” stamped ball in bold black pen. The ball displays toning, but Mack’s signature leaps of the page. One of the best Mack signatures you’ll ever see. This comes with a LOA from JSA for the signature.
