Throughout his 20-year career in New York pinstripes, Hall of Famer Derek Jeter was a model of consistent excellence. 2010 was no exception, as captain of the defending World Champion Yankees, Jeter helped lead his team into another post-season by hitting .270 with 10 homers. Along the way the fans voted him onto the American League All-Star team and his flawless fielding at shortstop earned him the American League Golden Glove Award.

Jeter wore this New York Yankees’ road jersey during the 2010 season. This size 48 road gray button-down jersey was manufactured by Majestic and features “NEW YORK” sewn on across the chest in navy and white tackle twill. There is a special “George M. Steinbrenner III GMS “THE BOSS”” black oval patch sewn on above the “OR” in memory of Yankees owner George Steinbrenner who passed away on July 13, 2010. The Majestic tag with “2010” and “48” flags is sewn on the bottom front left tail. The back of the jersey has Jeter’s number “2” sewn on in navy and white tackle twill and an MLB logo patch in Yankees’ colors. The sleeves have navy/white/navy stripes on the end and the left sleeve has a black circle patch for “BOB SHEPPARD THE VOICE OF YANKEE STADIUM” and a black armband in memory of former manager Ralph Houk. This jersey displays light game use and Jeter has signed his name in blue marker below the “OR” on the front. This jersey comes with a LOA from Sports Investors Authentication (200331C1) for the game use and a STICKER ONLY from Steiner Sports (155816) for the game use and a LOA from JSA for the signature.
