Presented is Joe Montana signature on a 24½ x 32-inch color giclee print canvas featuring a photograph of the San Francisco 49ers quarterback superimposed over a photo of the famed Golden Gate Bridge at night. Montana has signed his name in silver marker in the right center of the canvas, alongside his image which shows the four-time Super Bowl Champion with his arms upraised in victory. While a member of the 49ers, Montana started and won four Super Bowls and was the first player ever to have been named Super Bowl Most Valuable Player three times. He also holds the Super Bowl career record for most passes without an interception (122 in four games). In 1989 and 1990, the Associated Press named Montana the National Football League Most Valuable Player, and Sports Illustrated magazine named Montana the 1990 "Sportsman of the Year”. In 1986, Montana won the AP NFL Comeback Player of the Year Award. He was elected to eight Pro Bowls, as well as being voted 1st team All-Pro by the AP in 1987, 1989, and 1990. This item comes with a COA from JSA (WP546616).
