Presented here are two Shea Stadium Signs “Gates C, D, E” and “Ticket Sales” display that was formerly displayed in Shea Stadium. This display was used during the 2008 season, the final year at Shea before the Mets moved to Citi Field for the 2009 season and was removed from the stadium after the Mets final game of the year against the Florida Marlins on September 28th, 2008. Each sign measures differently with the “Ticket Sales” sign measuring 12 x 29 inches and “Gates C, D, E” sign measuring 24 x 36 inches. MLB Authenticated holograms has been affixed to the “Gates C, D, E” sign twice (SH073320) (SH054999) with accompanying authentication letter from the New York Mets and the MeiGray Group. The “Ticket Sales Sign” does not come with any hologram or letter of authenticity.
