In his second full season with the Florida Marlins in 2005, slugging third baseman Miguel Cabrera put up numbers remarkably similar to those he posted in 2004; knocking 33 home runs in each year, with 112 RBI in 2004 and 116 RBI in 2005, with a .294 batting average in 2004 and a .323 average in 2005. Cabrera got in some good whacks with this attractive 2005 Zinger model 24 cherry/black two tone bat. There are about half-a-dozen really big ball scuffs containing stitch marks and ink transfers on the bat’s cherry finished barrel. A light coat of pine tar has been applied high up on the handle with the densest concentration close to the metallic silver Zinger label. Cabrera’s number 24 is written on the knob in silver Sharpie and his name and number are also engraved in silver on the barrel. PSA/DNA sticker (#1B05741) is affixed inside the barrel’s cup; comes with full PSA/DNA letter of authenticity GU grading 7.
