The Brooklyn Dodgers of the 1940s-early 1950s were a pretty good team, but always ran up against the big, bad New York Yankees and lost five different World Series to their cross-town rivals. Their motto was always, "Wait till next year!" Well, the 1955 Dodgers season was "next year." This cream-colored ONL Feeney baseball was signed by five members of that great Dodger team, including a bold Sandy Koufax perfectly applied to the sweet spot. The panel below contains signatures of Don Newcombe, Sandy Amoros, and Pee Wee Reese, while another side panel has Duke Snider. All are bold, easy to read blue ink signatures, grading ("9-10").
