“Teddy Ballgame” played 19 years in left field for the Boston Red Sox, learning the nuances of the Big Green Monster like no other player before or after. His career statistics: two-time MVP, six-time batting champ, 17-time All-Star, two-time Triple Crown winner, a .344 BA, 521 HRs, and .482 OBP, earned him first-ballot Hall of Fame induction.
This pristine, ash, 34-inch, Cooperstown Bat Co. Famous Player Series bat bears the career statistics, career highlights, and photographic image of “The Splendid Splinter” on the barrel. The knob is engraved with “365.” The handle is encircled with a red band with “Famous Player Series” written in black. Williams boldly signed on the barrel’s sweet spot in vivid blue Sharpie. On the barrel head, William’s face, an impression of Fenway Park, and a synopsis of his career can be found. A COA from PSA/DNA (#T06712) accompanies this item.
