The fearsome defensive tackle William “The Refrigerator” Perry wore this white Chicago Bears practice jersey during the 1980’s. Perry began his career with the Bears in their historic 1985 season where he was part of arguably the greatest defense ever put together. Player played eight seasons in Chicago and the first seven games of the 1993 season with the Bears before joining the Philadelphia Eagles for the final season and a half of his illustrious career. A Super Bowl champion in Super Bowl XX, Perry notched 29.5 sacks and recovered five fumbles in his career while moonlighting as a goal-line fullback in Chicago’s backfield. This practice used white Wilson jersey has Perry’s number “72” screen-printed on the front and back in navy. The Wilson size 50 tag is sewn on the front left tail. This jersey displays incredible use with soil stains and holes on each of the shoulders. Perry has signed his name in blue marker on the upper right chest and inscribed “#72”. This jersey comes with a LOA from MEARS for the use.
