Offered here are a pair of 14k white gold cufflinks in the shape of the NBA logo. Although never confirmed by the NBA, the logo is a silhouette of Hall of Famer Jerry West driving to the basket. The logo was designed by Alan Siegel in 1969. As the story goes, Siegel rummaged through of old editions of Sport magazine and eventually came up on a photo of West. Siegel than made that image of West a white silhouette with red and blue in the background and the iconic logo was born. These cufflinks bear that exact image, minus the colors. The Jerry West silhouette and “NBA” are in raised relief on the front. The cufflinks are engraved on the back with “KK 626 NBA” on the bottom. These cufflinks display wear and cum with a black velvet box.
