Few athletes have had the kind of championship successes that defined Michael Jordan’s career, winning six rings in six trips to the NBA Finals. Jordan was the Finals MVP in each of these victories, transforming the Chicago Bulls from NBA has-beens to arguably the most dominant dynasty in American sports since DiMaggio’s Yankees. The offered item is an approximately nine-inch tall replica of the Larry O’Brien Trophy, with a Bulls “World Champions” plaque mounted on the approximately 3 ½ x 4-inch gold base. Jordan signed his name in bold black marker on the ball that sits on top of this trophy. A second gold plaque mounted on the pedestal of the base has etched “WORLD CHAMPIONS 1991 1992 1993 1996 1997 1998” and “CHICAGO BULLS” with the Bulls logo. This item comes with a COA from Upper Deck (SH043940) for Jordan’s signature.
