No duo in Major League Baseball history can measure up to the dominance displayed by New York Yankees greats Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig, particularly during their stretch of three World Series titles together from 1927-32. The Hall of Fame pair was side-by-side in the Bronx Bombers’ batting order for close to 10 seasons, a span in which they terrorized opposing pitchers. Gehrig’s bold signature is penned in black ink on the top and Ruth’s signature in bold black fountain pen is signed below. The back is free of any writing and the cut displays minor toning and with both Ruth’s and Gehrig’s signatures presenting beautifully. This dual-signed cut has been encapsulated and authenticated by PSA/DNA (65029111), which also includes a corresponding LOA. Additionally, there is a LOA from Beckett Authentication, who have graded Gehrig’s signature its highest grade of GEM MINT 10, and Ruth ‘s signature a very high grade of MINT 9.
