Widely regarded as the most dominating defensive player in the history of the National Football League, Lawrence Taylor was a 10-time all-pro with the New York Giants. During his 13-year career, Taylor was named Defensive Player of the Year three times, while piling up 132.5 sacks and putting two Super Bowl rings on his fingers. This pair of Cosby brand shoulder pads were worn by "LT" while he was embarrassing offensive lineman during an NFL game and have been signed by the Hall of Fame linebacker. Inside the pads, "56 Taylor" appears twice, written largely in black Sharpie. These game used pads were given from Taylor directly to Joe Goldberg, who has worked with many players directly through various New York charities since the 70's. These awesome pads are accompanied by an LOA from Goldberg, stating that these pads were game worn and given directly to him by Taylor, and the signature has been authenticated by PSA/DNA.
