Rare 5 5/8" x 7 1/4" premium inserted into boxes of Leaf Baseball cards. PSA has only graded four of these and this is the highest graded by two full grades. The reason for the MK qualifier is that a dealer has written in pencil "Leaf 1948 Premium R401-4" on the back. Harshly graded, presents much nicer. Crease free, sharp corners, clean back. There is a scratch on the PSA holder at the top, it is NOT on the card.
