Stephen Curry, the two-time NBA MVP and scoring inferno for the Golden State Warriors, wore this white Warriors home jersey in four games during the 2012-13 NBA season. Curry, in his fourth NBA season, first wore this jersey on November 10th, 2012 against the Denver Nuggets at Oracle Arena. Curry scored 19 points in this 107-101 double-overtime loss, adding three steals, three assists, and five rebounds while shooting three of six from distance. The Warriors would have the last laugh against Denver, defeating the Nuggets in a six-game Western Conference First Round Playoff matchup in the postseason. Curry next wore this jersey on November 14th as the Warriors defeated the Atlanta Hawks 92-88. Curry scored 12 points with seven assists and three steals to give Golden State the narrow victory over an Eastern Conference playoff team.
Curry played his third game in this jersey on November 21st, scoring 25 points on only 13 shots in a 102-93 home win over the Brooklyn Nets. Curry added six boards and four assists as both David Lee and Klay Thompson reached the 20-point plateau for the Warriors. Curry’s final game in this jersey came several days later on November 24th as the Minnesota Timberwolves visited Oracle Arena. Curry scored 20 points while dishing six assists and shooting 50% from three as the Warriors beat the Wolves 96-85. Curry scored 22.9 points per game in 2012-13 while shooting better from three-point range (.453) than inside the arc (.449 on two-point field goals).
