Offered here are two game used items that were used by 2006 National League MVP Ryan Howard. The first item is a Marucci RH6 model bat used during his MVP 2006 season where he led the NL in home runs with 58 and RBI with 149 and has also been dated to the 2007 season. While Howard didn’t win the MVP, he certainly put up MVP numbers with 47 home runs and 136 RBI. This bat displays outstanding game use with a crack on the handle. There are many ball marks, stitch impressions, blue ink transfers, white leather scuffs and cleat imprints present on the barrel. There is a light coating of Mota stick on the mid-handle and the handle has been taped with one tape ring to secure the crack. Howard’s number “6” is stamped on the knob, while the bat’s manufacture date, length and width are also stamped on the knob. Howard has signed his name in silver marker on the barrel. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (G55574) for the game use and has been given a grade of GU 7. There is also a LOA from JSA for Howard’s signature.

The second item in this lot are a pair of game used cleats from the 2007 season. These size 15 Adidas cleats are primarily a red synthetic material with gray mesh accents. Three blue and white Adidas stripes adorn each side of the cleats. An Adidas logo is embroidered on the heel of each cleat, while Howard’s number “6” is sewn on the outside area of the ankle. “R6H” is embroidered in white on the red border at the base of the tongue. The tongue is gray, with “FAM”, “RH LH DH LH”, and “OH” applied in red. The sole is red and white, and coated with a clear plastic shell and seven stainless steel spikes on each cleat. Howard signed the right shoe in silver marker, adding the inscription “07 Game Used”. These cleats come with a COA from Ryan Howard (02312) that authenticate the game use and signature.
