The first item in this lot is a Ted Williams signature in blue marker in the lower right corner of a 11 x 14-inch cut Lucky Strike magazine advertisement featuring Williams. The “Splendid Splinter” is portrayed in full color smoking a “Lucky” in the left center, with three black & white photos of Williams sport fishing in the Florida Keys at the right. The Williams-signed ad is mounted in a 13½ x 16½-inch white cardboard matte with gray accent. The second item in this lot is a Ted Williams signature in blue marker at the center of an 18 x 23½-inch black and white reproduction photo of “Teddy Ballgame” posed with four baseball bats over his left shoulder, wearing a road gray Boston uniform against a background of a Florida spring training ballfield.
