As befitting a man in the midst of chasing one of sports most elusive records, Cal’s bat displays great game use with many ball marks visible on the barrel. Cleat imprints are present as are abrasions and scuffs from contact with other bats and equipment. A moderate coat of pine tar is on the handle and both ends show scuffing and chipping from contact with the ground.
