One of the pioneers of the alternative rock genre, R.E.M. formed in 1980 by students Michael Stipe, Peter Buck, Bill Berry and Mike Mills at the University of Georgia and has an enduring legacy with songs like “Losing My Religion”, “Radio Song”, “Out of Time”, “Man on the Moon”, “Everybody Hurts” and many others, garnering several Grammy Awards nominations and wins. Offered here is an 8 x 10-inch black and white photo of the band from 1988 with the Warner Brothers logo on the lower right corner, the same year of their breakout album Green that has been signed by Michael Stipe, Bill Berry, Mike Mills and Peter Buck (twice), all in black pen. This comes with a LOA from JSA (Z49044).
