With its wonderfully impressive design, this is an ideal remembrance of the quiet New York Yankees superstar whose determination has become synonymous with baseball greatness. Offered here is a cherished '33 Goudey depiction of the Yankees legend, featuring a strong, clear presentation with moderate, general wear that's fundamentally unobtrusive in nature. A couple of faint creases can be seen under close examination; one of these – at the bottom-left corner – is accompanied by a superficial disturbance on the reverse. A commendable specimen of one of the hobby's most widely coveted cards, projecting satisfying display quality.
