2001 marked the 19th and last time Cal Ripken, Jr. would represent the Baltimore Orioles and the American League as an All-Star. Played at Seattle’s Safeco Field, Ripken would steal the show as he homered off of Chan Ho Park of the Los Angeles Dodgers for his final All-Star Game home run and was voted the game’s MVP after the 4-1 victory by the American League. Offered here is the very home white button-down Orioles jersey worn by Ripken during his final All-Star Game appearance in 2001.

This white home jersey features “Orioles” and a paraph sewn on across the chest in black and orange tackle twill and Ripken’s number “8” below in orange and black tackle twill. There is black piping that runs around the collar and down both sides of the buttons, with both sleeve ends having black piping. The left sleeve has the oriole bird patch and the right has the special American League 100th Anniversary patch. The left front tail has the Majestic label with size “50” flag below. The back has the MLB logo patch and “RIPKEN” across the shoulders above his number “8” in black and orange tackle twill. The jersey displays light use with some loose stitching on the letters and numbers. This jersey has recently been signed and inscribed "Final ALL STAR GAME" in black marker below the paraph on the front by Cal and comes directly from the personal collection of Cal Ripken, Jr. and a signed LOA from Cal will accompany this historic jersey.
