The cardfront presentation also incorporates two game worn jersey patch relics, with one attributed to each athlete. The card's BGS condition report: Centering: 9, Corners: 9, Edges: 8.5, Surface: 9. A statement on the card's back attests to the authenticity of the signatures and the genuineness of the patch components, and serves as Upper Deck’s COA.
