Perhaps the two greatest NHL forwards of all time have placed their bold, blue ink signatures on the obverse of this attention-grabbing collectible. The cardfront presentation also incorporates a pair of Gretzky/Lemieux game-used jersey patch relics. The card's BGS condition report: Centering: 9, Corners: 7, Edges: 8, Surface: 9.5. A congratulatory statement on the card's back attests to the authenticity of the signatures and genuineness of the patch components, and serves as Upper Deck's COA.
