Presented is a Time Magazine cover with Osama Bin Laden and the caption “Why Can’t We Catch Him?” signed by Robert J. O’Neill. The former Navy Seal, who has been identified as the man who killed Bin Laden, led the U.S. Navy Seal Team Six Operation Neptune Spear in which the leader of Al-Qaeda, Osama Bin Laden, was killed. The Time Magazine issue is dated November 25, 2002 and O’Neill signed his name in the bottom center in blue marker and inscribed “NEVER QUIT!” at the lower left.
