New York Yankees right fielder Aaron Judge wore this Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders Mother’s Day alternate jersey on August 22nd, 2015 against the Rochester Red Wings at PNC Field. Judge flexed his considerable muscle at the plate in this contest, collecting three hits in three at-bats with a solo home run, double, and two walks. Judge’s teammate Gary Sanchez smashed a three-run home run in the game, an 11-5 win for the Yankees farm team. Judge’s homer was his eighth of the season in AAA. The towering slugger would make the Big League roster in 2016 before winning the 2017 American League Rookie of the Year award with a historic 52 home run campaign.

The RailRiders jersey offered in this lot is a pink button-down with black sleeves. The pinstripes on the jersey are in the form of women’s names. A white RailRiders logo is printed on the left chest, while Judge’s number “99” is printed on the back of the jersey in white numerals. A pink and white ribbon is printed on the left sleeve while a Rawlings logo is printed on the right sleeve. An Authentic Jerseys size “50 PRO” tag is sewn on the front left tail. A large dirt stain is present on the chest of this jersey and a stray pen mark is present on the right back. Judge has signed the first “9” digit on the back of the jersey in black marker, inscribing “2013 1st Rd Pick” in addition to his signature. On the second “9”, Judge inscribed “8/22/15” and “Go Yankees!” The jersey comes with a from the RailRiders for the game use and a LOA from JSA for the signature.
