This provocative question is presented through the medium of Topps' scratch-off "disguise" feature, applied to a subject portrait in the style of the company's 1967 Who Am I? release. This "test issue proof" collectible's design never achieved production status, instead apparently dead-ended at the in-house planning stage. Very few of these blank-backed items were ever created. Here's a captivating and rare rendition of "a card that never was," in Excellent to Mint-plus condition.
