2015 marked a storybook ending to a storybook career for Peyton Manning. After 18 seasons in the NFL, the five-time league MVP ended his pro football career with a Super Bowl win against the Carolina Panthers. In doing so, Manning became a two-time Super Bowl winner, appearing in the Super Bowl a total of four times, and becoming the only quarterback to not only start the Super Bowl for two different franchises more than once each but also the only starting quarterback to win a Super Bowl with two different franchises.

Manning wore this orange Broncos jersey during the second half in Week 4 of his final season in 2015 on October 4th at Sports Authority Field at Mile High in Denver. Manning in the game went 17-for-27 for 213 yards and a touchdown that day as Denver improved to 4-0 on the season with a 23-20 victory over the visiting Minnesota Vikings. Importantly, in a season that saw Manning miss a number of games due to injury, the third quarter touchdown Manning threw that day would turn out to be the last regular season touchdown pass of his career in Denver.

The orange jersey with navy blue underarm side panels features Manning's number "18" on the front, back and both sleeves in white-on-navy tackle twill. “MANNING” is stitched across the shoulders on the back in white tackle twill on a matching orange nameplate. The right chest has Manning's pink captain’s patch with 4 gold stars, while the navy collar is fronted by an NFL logo, just above “BRONCOS” stitched in small white letters. The interior collar has the Nike size 46 label with "2014" tagging. The jersey shows light to moderate game use. This jersey worn by Manning to throw his final regular season TD pass in Denver comes with a STICKER ONLY from the NFL-PSA/DNA (2N20598) for the game use, who have authenticated that Manning wore this jersey during the October 4th, 2015 game and a STICKER ONLY from Fanatics (0582982). There is also a LOA from Sports Investors Authentication, who have photo matched this jersey to the second half of the October 4th, 2015 game.
