This array of unopened material springs from Topps' prolonged and wildly successful "Garbage Pail Kids" sticker production. Conceived as a mirthful parody of the lovable and innocent "Cabbage Patch Kids" doll franchise, "GPK's" irreverant and often borderline-repulsive subjects immediately succeeded in capturing the fancy of young consumers (while drawing the ire of their parents). This representation of 48-Count display boxes, and packs inside, includes:
1986 "Garbage Pail Kids" Stickers 3rd Series Unopened Boxes (3) - full boxes, containing 48-50 unopened wax packs, apiece;
1986 "Garbage Pail Kids" Stickers 5th Series Unopened Box (1) - partial box, containing 46 unopened wax packs;
1987 "Garbage Pail Kids" Stickers 7th Series Unopened Box (1) - full box, containing 48 unopened wax packs.
The boxes exhibit standard wear from storage and handling; packs are generally tightly sealed and minimally circulated (a few with minor gum or moisture stains).
